Hotel Reservations
Dear TIA 2012 Attendee,
As of May 30, 2012, you must make your hotel reservation directly rather than through TIA's housing line. Below is the information on the four TIA Conference Hotels.
The Gaylord Texan is the main TIA Conference Hotel. While it is sold out during the timeframe of the TIA event, you may have luck in checking on your date availability directly. The other hotels are the Hyatt Place, Residence Inn and Springhill Suites. TIA is providing a free Shuttle Bus service every 15 minutes between the hotels. Please see the schedule below.
The hotels have a 72-hour prior-to-arrival cancellation policy. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number when you cancel your reservation.
